The Guerlain Spa opened with One&Only Aesthesis in November 2023, the first in Greece: ten treatment rooms including two double suites, sauna, hammam, an outdoor pool, and a Bastien Gonzalez studio.
The thing to check before you book anything else here
A separate consumer website advertises a medically curated longevity retreat taking place within this resort. One&Only’s own wellness and resort pages, the group’s opening materials and the Forbes Travel Guide listing all name Guerlain and do not name it.
It may well exist as a third-party programme running on a hotel’s premises. That is a different thing from a clinic operated by the resort, and the difference decides who is responsible if something goes wrong.
A resort names its own spa. Anything medical it does not name is somebody else’s programme using its address.
The questions to put are the same six we would put to any longevity clinic, and the first of them — who is clinically accountable and are they physically here — answers most of it.
