The Voukourestiou corridor
The city’s luxury shopping street · Voukourestiou, Stadiou and Panepistimiou, Syntagma
Two blocks holding the only Hermès in Greece and the flagships of the two Greek goldsmithing houses. Hermès is not at Astir Marina, which is the whole reason to drive in.
Commercial relationship
None. LivingTheta has no commercial relationship with Hermès, Ilias Lalaounis, Zolotas or Luisa World and receives nothing from it.

- From Vouliagmeni
- 30 to 40 minutes Straight-line reasoning and ordinary traffic. No authority publishes journey times for these routes.
Voukourestiou, where it meets Stadiou and Panepistimiou, holds the only Hermès store in Greece and the flagships of Ilias Lalaounis and Zolotas — the two Greek goldsmithing houses — inside a two-block walk.
What the marina does not have
The Astir Marina promenade is a genuinely serious retail row and it covers most of what a household here needs. It does not have Hermès, and that single absence is why this corridor is filed.
Commissioning rather than buying
Lalaounis and Zolotas are not boutiques carrying someone else’s stock. They are goldsmiths, and the interesting transaction with either is a commission — which is the same distinction that runs through the atelier pieces.
