Bjarke Ingels Group designed Park Rise in the Little Athens neighbourhood of The Ellinikon: 88 residences from one to five bedrooms, across five cores — two of five floors, two of eight, one of twelve — rising to roughly fifty metres, targeting LEED, with completion published for the first half of 2028.

The imagery is superb and it is selling something. What a buyer signs is the specification and the charge, not the picture — the standing point about buying into a branded or serviced address.
Interiors are a separate layer, reported as going to Greek design firms that the coverage does not name. We are not naming them either.
And you cannot commission a house
There is no BIG villa on this coast and there will not be one. Buying a flat inside a famous practice’s building is not the same as hiring the practice, and the list of offices you can actually appoint is a different list.
